LIL KIDS is Adam Kane, Booklyn, New York based rapper. He’s recently been working with producer Lopato, and it seems to be a perfect match. They mix a medley of sampled psychedelia and forgotten pop music with the rhythmic sensibilities of golden age hip-hop (I might have nicked that straight from their press kit, sue me!), and they’re some of the best original hip hop songs I’ve heard this year.
